The services we provide to clients are wide and varied but are always tailored to meet the exact needs and budget of the business.

Many of our clients use us to provide a total IT support solution. Some require a consultant one day a week to give strategic guidance whilst their on-site staff perform day-to-day tasks. Others require us to operate on an ad-hoc or advisory basis.

Some of the standard services we offer include:

Free initial consultation meeting
A meeting with one of our consultants to either take an overview of your systems, or to concentrate on one specific problem area. Based on our observations a brief report will then be delivered to your organisation together with our recommendations.

Hardware/software troubleshooting & support
Problem resolution either on-site, by telephone, email or remote access.

Strategic advice
We can give advice on long-term planning, budgeting and project management.

Service contract
A monthly contract that can cover days on-site, telephone & remote support, off-site back-ups, staff training, technical advice and more.
