Guarantee

When we established our company in 2002 we aimed to be different to other IT companies in many ways. We are proud to say that we have kept to our principles and we now present these as our 5-point Guarantee to all our clients:

  1. We never mark up any equipment sold to our clients – it is sold on at exactly the price we pay.
  2. At least 25% of our work is for charities, and charged at half-price or for free where appropriate.
  3. We never charge travelling fees or call-out charges.
  4. You only pay for the work we do – our clock starts when we reach your office and stops when we leave.
  5. If we make a mistake we acknowledge it, and then make sure we don’t charge you for it.
